As we approach an Easter bank holiday weekend like no other, join us as we look at pictures from Easter in the 1980s.

Daily Echo photographers visited various schools to capture the kids in their seasonal headgear.
Other pictures include an Easter egg handover from Sperrings to Poole Hospital, and world-famous cake artist Mary Ford decorating tasty treats.
