A MAN accused of causing death by dangerous driving will appear in court nearly two years after a fatal crash at a notorious accident blackspot.
The 21-year-old has been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Poole Magistrates' Court on Friday April 24 following the death of a man in his 80s.
The man died nearly five months after a four-vehicle collision on the B3092 at Badbury Rings between Blandford and Wimborne on Monday May 28 2018.
He was a passenger in a Renault Clio that was involved in the crash.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries but died on Friday October 12.
The man due to appear in court is from Trowbridge in Wiltshire.
