POLICE have appealed for help to find a man missing from his Wareham home for early a week.
Officers hope someone will have seen Brett Candy, described as having a gold tooth and a tattoo of a British Bulldog on his back.
Mr Candy, 54, was last seen at his home address in Barnhill Road at around 4am on Saturday April 4. He was reported missing at 12.45pm on Thursday April 9.
He left his address riding a black mountain bike and wearing a pink helmet.
Brett is described as white, five feet five inches tall and of stocky build with dark brown hair.
Chief Inspector Lindsay Dudfield, of Dorset Police, said: “It is out of character for Brett to be away from home and not contact his family for this period of time and we are becoming concerned for his welfare.
“We are carrying out searches in the area and I am appealing to anyone with information as to Brett’s whereabouts, or who sees a man matching the description given, to please contact us immediately.
“I would also urge Brett if you see this appeal to please get in touch with us or your family so we can make sure you are safe and well.”
Information to Dorset Police on 101, quoting incident number 9:169.
