I FEEL the council is missing out on a golden opportunity, while the roads are so quiet, that they are not taking steps to fill in the pot holes on our most-used roads around the region.
The work could be carried out quite safely and would save a lot of damage and disruption in the months to come.
Secondly why are our refuse tips closed, it has proven that the fly-tipping has increased three fold.
On my visits to the tip I do not have to have direct contact with the workers there, and our dustbin men are managing to do a superb job on our weekly refuse collection.
Hopefully the tips will see sense and come on board with the rest of the workers in the area.
