A MAN has been sent to prison after stealing fragrances from Debenhams in Bournemouth town centre.

Charles Tawiah Campbell, aged 47 and of no fixed above, admitted carrying out the theft of six bottle of Azzaro fragrance at the department store in Commercial Road on March 14.

Appearing before Poole Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, April 14, he was also ordered to pay a £122 surcharge.

Campbell also admitted conviction of an offence while subject of a community order in relation to two offences of possessing class A drugs, theft from a shop and racially aggravated abuse. He was committed to prison for 30 days concurrently for each of these offences.
