A MAN with a bottle of ammonia was among several people stopped and searched by police in Lymington.
Officers reported a busy weekend in the New Forest town, with several drug-related incidents.
On Saturday afternoon a member of the Lymington Cops team gave chase on bike to two youths, who were stopped and searched. As a result of what was found, their addresses were also searched, with further drugs and paraphernalia discovered.
In the early hours of Monday morning, four men were stopped in High Street after reports of suspicious activity.
The group was searched, with one man being in possession of drugs. Police again found further items at his home address.
Later in the night two more men were stopped and searched. One was in possession of Class A drugs. The other had a bottle of ammonia and had reportedly breached his restraining order.
An officer from the team said investigations in relation to these incidents are ongoing.
