A MOTORIST stopped by police in Bournemouth town centre had no driving licence and reportedly had never sat a test or even had lessons.
Members of the Dorset Police No Excuse Team are continuing to monitor the county's roads during the coronavirus pandemic.
On Wednesday, part of the team was checking vehicles entering and leaving Dorset on the A31, while other officers were in Bournemouth.
Police stopped a Ford car in Bath Road near the Pier Approach flyover and it was subsequently seized.
An officer from the team said the driver had no insurance, tax or driving licence.
They added: "In fact he's never sat a test or had lessons and the driving we witnessed confirmed that."
