SPIDERMAN has been spotted roaming the streets of Bournemouth for over two weeks during lockdown.
Simon Collins of Little Gizmos Entertainment decided to put his entertainment experience to good use and bring joy to the residents of Bournemouth during these challenging times.
Venturing out everyday as Spiderman has also helped Simon who has Crohn's and Colitis.
He said: "One day I thought I'd put on the Spiderman suit and just get out the house as it helps me feel better People were waving, beeping and taking pictures from afar. It has really put a smile on people's faces".
Once word got out about the friendly neighbourhood Spiderman, Simon increased the length of his daily outings and has made a conscious effort to visit requested addresses while ensuring a safe distance of two metres is maintained.
Simon added: "I do this as I love seeing the kids smile and get excited, even the parents are smiling ear to ear! It is very positive and the response has been so much better than I ever expected".
Spiderman usually ventures out between 1pm-5pm.
He has so far visited various areas in Kinson, Winton, Wallisdown, Parkstone, Southbourne and Branksome on foot.
