FIGHTS, pier jumpers and missing children were among issues dealt with on busy Bournemouth beach last night.
Officers from Bournemouth South Neighbourhood Policing Team said they applied first aid to people injured jumping off the pier.
And they thanked seafront staff and security officers who helped them maintain order on the busiest and hottest night of the year so far.
Tens of thousands of people remained on the beach until late last night as crowds once again flocked to the seafront in hot weather.
The public has been urged to stay away today as more hot weather is forecast.
