A CAR was seized in central Bournemouth after a disqualified motorist was caught driving again.
Officers stopped the Vauxhall Corsa in the Town Centre and said the driver had a "total disregard for a court order".
The male driver was then arrested and taken to custody after police found cannabis inside the car.
The vehicle was found to have no insurance and was listed as off-road.
On social media, Dorset Police said: "We of course wish everyone a safe journey home. We also wish disqualified drivers wouldn't drive.
"Today the team seized this Vauxhall Corsa in Bournemouth Town Centre, after a disqualified driver with a total disregard for a court order was witnessed driving again.
"Some of the team were late off as he needed interviewing. We didn't mind as it promptly finalised the case, with him being charged to court as quickly as possible and released.
"We are pleased that's another dangerous driver and car off our roads. No excuse."
