Monty's Lounge in Bournemouth is closing down
ONE of Bournemouth's most popular burger restaurants is closing down in less than two weeks.
Monty's Lounge in Bourne Avenue will serve its last burgers on Saturday August 29.
In a post on Facebook a spokesman said: "A little bit of sad news from the Monty's camp. After nearly eight years in the burger game, we're going to be serving our last round of burgers on August 29.
"We've had an amazing time doing what we love and meeting so many interesting people along the way but it's time for us to move on to a different adventure. A huge thank you to everyone who has visited us and eaten our food, we've made over 100,000 burgers since we opened."
