A TOILET block at Poole Park has reopened following an "extensive refurbishment".
Work to the facilities at the west gate began in February, however the overhaul was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
BCP Council confirmed on Thursday that the refurbishment had now been completed, which was part of a £493,000 investment in public toilets in Poole that was signed off last summer.
The revamp of the Poole Park block follows on from the work to reopen the facilities at Poole Quay in October last year.
At the time of approving the funding, BCP Council leader Cllr Vikki Slade said: "I am delighted that, at our very first Cabinet meeting, we have been able to kick start the process of achieving consistent services across the three towns – starting with public toilets.
"Residents and visitors to Poole are seriously short-changed by a lack of toilets compared to Bournemouth, Christchurch and other local towns."
