A BOURNEMOUTH noodle company founded by chef Tak Ho is opening a new branch in Iford next month.
Nuudle Bar already has a restaurant and delivery branches in Bournemouth, Poole and Southampton, but is keen to expand its customer base.
Marketing Director for the company, Nathan Cuervo said: "Iford is the perfect location to serve people as we are seeing an increased demand in our Bournemouth branch. To ensure we keep up with our high-standard of fresh, fast food, the Iford location was a no-brainer for us."
The company is keen to reach people in other areas of Bournemouth - such as Southbourne - and to ease the strain on their popular Bournemouth restaurant.
However, appealing to a wider audience isn't the only thing the company hopes to achieve with the Iford branch.
Nathan said: "This is an opportunity to bring more jobs to the area, which is an important focus for us.
"Being able to add more jobs to an area is always a good goal, alongside bringing food to more people. We want to bring new talent into the company and there are opportunities there."
Nuudle Bar will be opening on 1157 Christchurch Road next month, with the exact dates to be confirmed soon on the company's social media pages.
