ELEVEN people have tested positive for coronavirus in Dorset over the last 24 hours, latest figures show.
Data released by the government shows in the 24 hours leading up to 4pm today, nine people returned a positive test in the BCP Council area.
Since the start of the pandemic, 1,091 people have tested positive in BCP, a rate of 276 infections per 100,000 people.
In the Dorset Council area, two people tested positive in the last 24 hours.
It means 742 cases have been confirmed in the Dorset Council area since the start of the pandemic, a rate of 196 per 100,000.
Elsewhere, in the New Forest, three people tested positive, taking the total to 571 and giving a rate of 317.1.
