A TEENAGER from Totton died after falling onto railway tracks, an inquest opening heard.
On September 15, Callum Evans was with his friends at Hinton Admiral railway station in Christchurch.
The 17-year-old, of Pickwick Close, fell onto the tracks and was pronounced dead the same day.
A post mortem report by Dr Eleanor Jaynes, pathologist, states the preliminary cause of death as severe electrical burns.
Senior coroner Christopher Wilkinson has opened an inquest and the full case will be heard on May 18 2021.
