A BOURNEMOUTH restaurant has announced that it will be closed for two weeks following two members of staff testing positive for Covid-19.
Truly's in Westbourne made the announcement on Facebook on Friday, October 23.
Following the positive tests, the rest of the restaurant staff were told they must isolate for 14 days.
The restaurant will remain closed until that isolation period is over.
The post reads: "My team's health my biggest priority right now so the rest of us have been tested and are waiting for our results.
"The team members who tested positively were separate cases as they have not worked together recently, so it is just a crazy coincidence that it happened at the same time."
In the post, the Truly's team also detailed how they have spoken with Public Health England who "praised" them for their Covid-19 security efforts have confirmed that the restaurant has gone beyond the required measures to keep customers safe.
All customers who were booked in have been contacted.
