OFFICERS are working to tackle "constant issues" of street drinkers in Bournemouth Triangle.
Warning letters are being issued to persistent offenders who are found to continually break the rules.
A spokesperson for Bournemouth Police said ignoring these letters will see individuals face "stricter guidelines".
"We are very aware of the constant issues in the Triangle with street drinkers," the spokeperson said.
"We do move them on whenever we see them and get a chance to, but we would appreciate anyone who witnesses any problems for them to report it.
"Bournemouth south police do liaise with BCP Council and are issuing letters of warnings to certain individuals who are persistently breaching rules.
"This will result in them working their way up the ladder with stricter guidelines put in place for them."
Anyone with information about street drinkers should contact Dorset Police on 101.
