FOUR cruise ships remain off Dorset’s coast, and Royal Caribbean confirmed sailings wont resume before December 31.
Anthem of the Seas, Allure of the Seas, Jewel of the Seas and Explorer of the Seas all remain in Dorset and can be seen from Bournemouth beach.
All ships belong to cruise company Royal Caribbean and have been a familiar sight in Bournemouth for a number of months.
And it looks as thought they could stay there for a while yet.
A spokesperson for Royal Caribbean said: “Our primary goal continues to be a healthy return to service for our guests, crew and the communities we visit.
“As we work with the CDC and international governments toward this shared goal, Royal Caribbean Group has extended the suspension of sailings to include those departing on or before December 31, 2020, excluding sailings from Singapore.”
