A HOMELESS man who failed to comply with notification requirements of the Sexual Offences act has been jailed for 20 weeks.
John Mark Poole, aged 28, admitted failing to notify authorities in Bournemouth of his no fixed abode address status on November 20.
Poole, who appeared at Poole Magistrates’ Court on November 26, committed this crime while subject to a suspended sentence order made on November 10 for a similar offence on October 26 in Weymouth.
The defendant was handed an overall sentence of 20 weeks imprisonment, with 10 weeks applied from the suspended sentence and 10 weeks consecutive for the November offence.
