MORE than 50 people were admitted to Dorset hospitals with coronavirus in the week of December 3.
Across Dorset hospitals, 51 people were admitted to hospital with Covid-19.
Of these 51, 41 were admitted to the University Hospitals Dorset, including 14 on November 30 and six on December 3.
One person was admitted to the Dorset County Hospital on November 30.
Nine people were admitted to the Dorset Healthcare Trust, including four on December 1.
As of December 8, the University Hospitals Dorset had 77 Covid-19 patients, with five of them requiring mechanical ventilation.
The Dorset Healthcare trust and ten patients with coronavirus, none on mechanical ventilation.
One person was at the Dorset County Hospital with the virus, not on mechanical ventilation.
