Dorset County Hospital
A PATIENT at Dorset County Hospital has died with coronavirus as the national total exceeds 50,000, latest figures show.
Data released by NHS England confirmed the death occurred on Tuesday, December 29, at the hospital in Dorchester.
No further deaths were recorded at University Hospitals Dorset or Dorset Healthcare Univeristy Trust sites.
Since the start of the pandemic, 273 people have died at UHD, 29 have at the Dorset County Hospital and 32 have at the Dorset Healthcare University Trust.
Across England, a further 529 people died with coronavirus in hospital, taking the total to 50,248.
