A DRIVER who admitted having no insurance told police other matters had taken priority.
The female motorist was issued with a fixed penalty for six points and a £300 fine after being stopped in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth this morning.
The vehicle, a Vauxhall Mokka, was also seized.
