A MAN is due to appear in court in connection with the alleged theft of a high value ring from a jewellers in Bournemouth.
Dorset Police said that the alleged incident took place at Arcade Jewellers in The Arcade, off Old Christchurch Road.
It was reported that a man left the premises without paying for a diamond solitaire ring valued at around £3,500 at around 1.45pm on Monday, September 28, 2020.
A 34-year-old man from Poole was arrested in connection with the incident and has now been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, January 21, for an offence of theft.
