CONOR DAVIES, aged 21 and of Mude Gardens, Christchurch, admits assaulting PC Hoslett, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her at St Stephen’s Church, St Stephen’s Way, Bournemouth, on July 15, 2020. Community order made whereby the defendant must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. To pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.
