Also admits using towards a police constable, threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him and the offence was racially aggravated in Poole on June 9, 2020. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 18 months. To pay £150 compensation. Overall length of suspended sentence 18 weeks.
CHRISTIAN KEITH PERRY, aged 48 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he smashed up the bathroom, tap and towel rail at Lloyds Hotel, West Hill Road, Bournemouth, on January 2. RYAN FRASER BURBANK, aged 24 and of Ringwood Road, Verwood, admits assaulting a man, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm in Bournemouth on November 17, 2019. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. To pay £150 compensation, £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

DARREN STUART AMOR, aged 47 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he was evicted from his hostel for violent and abusive behaviour on November 4, 2020, failed to attend a supervision appointment on October 27, 2020, and failed to maintain contact with his supervising officer on November 18, 2020. Fined £80. To pay £60 costs.
THOMAS CHARLES KING, aged 27 and of Lower Cranesmoor, Bovington, admits driving a BMW 3 Series in Binnegar Lane, East Stoke, Wareham, on May 31, 2020, with not less than 2.8 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits driving a BMW 3 Series in Binnegar Lane, East Stoke, Wareham, on May 31, 2020, with greater than 200 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. TRISTON GALE, aged 33 and of Southbrook, Bere Regis, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on February 15, 2019, by failing to report as directed for unpaid work requirement on February 26, 2019, and failing to attend appointments with his responsible officer on February 25, 2019, March 4, 2019, March 11, 2019, and March 18, 2019.
