RED noses, painted faces and bendy balloons were the order of the day when child entertainers tried to prove they were the best in the business.
The performers gathered in Tower Park, Poole in July 2000 to take part in a competition to find the best children's entertainer
Jonathan the Jester showed of his balancing and coordination skills as he juggled with clubs while using a unicycle.
Looni Ballooni made sure that children went away with balloons in all manor of creative and wacky shapes.
A sprinkling of magic was provided by the aptly named Mr Magic who called upon audience member Alexandra Stokes to help him with his tricks.
