Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months, imposed on January 31, 2020 for two offences of possession of class A drugs. No action taken on breach.
DEAN LEE STONE, aged 33 and of Paddington Grove, Bournemouth, admits breaching his non-molestation order by contacting the victim via Facetime and messaging them in Bournemouth on December 13, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until January 24, 2022. Fined £500. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of two years on September 18, 2020, for offences of criminal damage and breach of a non-molestation order. Community order made. Also admits attending an address and sending text messages in Bournemouth on December 16, 2020, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Community order made.
CHRISTCHURCH
PAUL HARRIS, aged 50 and of Stanpit, Christchurch, found guilty of failing to give information at Dorset Police headquarters relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes van, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, after July 27, 2020. Fined £720. To pay £72 surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
ANDREW BARRETT, aged 44 and of Le Patourel Close, Christchurch, admits sending numerous emails to a woman in Bournemouth on November 2, 2020, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on October 30, 2020. Restraining order made, which lasts until January 24, 2022. Fined £62. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.
EAST DORSET
LLOYD JOHN KEYNES, aged 39 and of Pye Close, Corfe Mullen, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole, on July 21, 2020. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on December 16, 2019, for an offence of criminal damage. No action taken on breach.
POOLE
PAUL ANTHONY CRAGO, aged 36 and of Egmont Road, Poole, admits having 28.53 grams of cannabis and cannabis resin in Poole on October 22, 2020. Fined £50. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of two years, imposed on March 22, 2019, for offences of burglary with intent to steal and criminal damage. No action taken on breach.
DAREN MARK STEPHENS, aged 43 and of Firmstone Road, Winchester, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amount to the harassment of her between August 20, 2020, and September 6, 2020, in that he followed her, contacted her against her wishes, attended her home address, loitered by her vehicle and then confronted her as she arrived back from a three-hour walk and made claims she had been seen with another male. Restraining order made, which lasts until January 24, 2022. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.
