POLICE have been carrying out enquiries after a laser ground works kit was stolen from a rural farming business in East Dorset.
A silver van, the size of a Ford Connect, was seen in Sturminster Marshall before being disturbed and getting away with the laser kit.
A spokesperson for East Dorset Police said: “Only described as a small vehicle, silver van, size of a Ford Connect van, no registration seen.
“This van was seen to make off Monday morning at about 7am, January 25, when persons were disturbed and ran off from a business in the rural area situated in the outskirts of Sturminster Marshall.
“They had stacked items outside the business ready to take and managed to get away with a SPECTRA laser ground works kit.”
Police confirmed enquiries were ongoing and no arrests had been made.
