FORMER AFC Bournemouth manager and Poole resident Harry Redknapp urged everyone to get out and have the coronavirus vaccine when it is their turn after receiving his on Thursday.
Harry described the vaccine as “no pain, but plenty of gain” and said the sooner everyone gets it the sooner everyone is safe.
This is one #VAR we are happy to see. @redknapp got his #coronavirus #vaccine today as the roll out continues across #Dorset. If you're invited by the #NHS for a vaccine, it's important that you go to help protect yourself. @MedicalShore pic.twitter.com/uwEiabqS0f

The former King of the Jungle said: “It’s very simple, it was easy, I didn’t even feel it.
“It was great to have finally got the vaccine.
“Get along and have it done, I think we need to do it, if we all have the vaccine there’s more chance of everyone staying safe and that’s going to be very important.
“There’s no pain, and plenty of gain.
“The NHS have just been amazing, we are in such a debt for what they’ve done throughout this pandemic, it’s just been amazing, they are special people and we have to keep supporting them.”
