FOUR youths were detained and two “nasty” weapons were recovered after police spotted the group coming and going from an address in Boscombe.
Police conducted a safe and well check in Palmerston Road on Thursday after seeing a the group at the address.
A spokesperson for Bournemouth Police said: “Whilst out on patrol this evening, Boscombe NPT officers conducted a safe and well check on a vulnerable male in Palmerston Road, this was after seeing a group of youths coming and going from the address.
“A short foot chase later and all four youths detained with two nasty looking weapons recovered.
“One male is now assisting us with our enquiries.
“Thank you to Bournemouth South Patrol for assisting us.”
