A NEW FOREST town could see a flurry of new residents as more and more movers are keeping tabs on homes in the area.
Hampshire's New Milton with its close-to-the-sea appeal has been one of the highest searched locations in the UK.
According to property site Rightmove, it says that week-on-week searches for renting in New Milton has increased by 19%.
This leaves the town placed eighth on the website's list.
The fellow Hampshire town of Romsey, on the edge of Southampton, has also appeared on the same list, placing joint-second.
Rightmove's top 10 locations for biggest weekly % increases in rental searches:

- Ormskirk, Lancashire - 24%
- Romsey, Hampshire - 24%
- Hailsham, East Sussex - 24%
- Morecambe, Lancashire - 22%
- Worksop, Nottinghamshire - 22%
- Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire - 21%
- New Milton, Hampshire - 19%
- Ayr, Ayrshire - 19%
- Shipley, West Yorkshire - 18%
