A SPEEDING driver stopped at almost 90mph had bald tyres, no MOT and tested positive for cocaine.
Police said the car, which was stopped on the A338 Spur Road on February 3, also had a child seat in the back.
A spokesman said: "Being an adult we are responsible for many things, mortgages, kids, work etc. If you own a vehicle you're responsible for it, the other road users around you, and whoever you may have in it or on it.
