A DORSET teenager has been banned from entering any McDonald's or KFC restaurants.
The 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was issued with a criminal behaviour order at Poole Magistrates' Court on February 3.
This came after the boy had admitted offences of theft, racially-aggravated threatening behaviour and assault by beating at a hearing last month.
The defendant was referred to the Dorset youth offender panel for six months by magistrates in January for these crimes.
This referral was extended by three months following another assault by beating offence, which he pleaded guilty to in court last week.
The criminal behaviour order stipulated that the boy must not enter an exclusion zone.
He must also not enter McDonald's or KFC and not be in the company of specified individuals in public.
