Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. To pay £100 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits assaulting PC Nicholas, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her in Talbot Hill Road, Bournemouth, on December 6, 2020. Community order made. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits damaging a pair of reading glasses to the value of £95 belonging to PC Humber in Talbot Hill Road, Bournemouth, on December 6, 2020. Community order made. To pay £95 compensation.
JAMIE PETER BARRY ISGAR, aged 23 and of Richmond Park Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on July 13, 2020, by failing to attend a planned telephone appointment on January 6 and for planned office appointments on January 14 and January 20. Fined £40. Also admits being a relevant offender within he terms of the Sex Offenders Act 2003 and failing to comply with the notification requirements in that he failed to notify his change of address on December 26, 2020, within three days of that change at Bournemouth Police Station. Fined £40. To pay £34 surcharge and £40 costs.
DAVID JOHN SMART, aged 37 and of Milton Road, Bournemouth, admits committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely used a stolen bank card to purchase items to the value of £25.99, intending to cause loss to a woman or expose her to a risk of loss in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on March 23, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £40 costs. Also admits committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely used a stolen bank card to purchase items to the value of £25.79, intending to cause loss to a woman or expose her to a risk of loss at Premier Store in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on March 23, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £25.79 compensation. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on January 19, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on January 8. No separate penalty.
DAVID VALENTINO, aged 49 and of St Paul’s Lane, Bournemouth, admits stealing a bottle of wine to the value of £6.35 belonging to Co-op Stores in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on September 27, 2020. Fined £80. To pay £6.35 compensation, £34 surcharge and £40 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on August 27, 2020, for resisting or obstructing a police constable, fail bail and a public order offence. No action taken on breach.
