DORSET POLICE have issued a CCTV appeal following a commercial burglary at a garage in Christchurch.
Officers driving past the Shell garage on Barrack Road were flagged down by a member of the public at 9.55pm on Monday February 1.
The pedestrian informed them that an alarm was going off at the premises and a break-in had occurred.
In the CCTV images released by Dorset Police, the cuplit is dressed in a Hugo Boss jacket and balaclava.
Reports say that access had been gained to a safe and a quantity of cash had been stolen.
Police Constable Billy Forster, of Dorset Police, said: “We are continuing to make enquiries into this burglary and we have obtained CCTV images of the suspect.
“His clothing is particularly distinctive and I would urge anyone with information regarding his identity to please contact us.”
