A PLANNING application has been submitted to alter the ground floor shop front of a unit in Christchurch Road.
L Laverack wants to alter the shop front and change the use of the ground floor from offices to commercial, as well as converting the upstairs flat into two.
A public notice published by BCP Council said: “Proposed development at 663 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH7 6AA.
“Take notice that an application is being made by L Laverack has applied for full planning permission to alter the ground floor shop front, change the use of the ground floor from offices to commercial, erect a rearward extension at second floor and convert the existing three bedroom flat on the first and second floor into one one-bedroom flat on the first floor, one two-bedroom flat on the second floor with shared external amenity area at rear.
“Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representation about this application, should write to Planning Services, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA within 21 days of the date of this notice.”
