TWO Poole women have appeared in court after stealing hundreds of pounds worth of clothing from a store at a Bristol shopping centre.
Laura Adlam, 39, and Kelly Marie Johnson, 40, jointly stole approximately 30 T-shirts valued at £749.70 from Superdry.
The offence was said to have happened at the Cribbs Causeway complex on September 19, 2020, the court was told.
The defendants appeared at Poole Magistrates’ Court on March 2 to be sentenced having both admitted a charge of theft.
Adlam, whose address was given as Cranbrook Road, Poole, was also convicted of going equipped for stealing on October 1, 2020, in that she had two foil-lined bags at the same retail park.
Johnson, whose address was given as Fernside Road, Poole, was discharged conditionally for nine months and ordered to pay £374.85 compensation. Meanwhile, Adlam was discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
