SIX fire crews were called to Poole Hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning after a light fitting was ablaze.
Fire crews received a call at 4.55am on Sunday and three crews from Poole, one from Westbourne, one from Hamworthy, one from Redhill and the aerial unit from Westbourne attended.
A spokesperson for Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was out on arrival but due to the premises, a large response was needed.
The stop message came in at 5.56am.
