FIREFIGHTERS were called to a road near Bournemouth Station following several reports of a car on fire in the early hours of this morning.
Reports came in at 4.23am on Sunday March 28, and a team from Springbourne were sent to the scene in cavendish Road.
Two breathing apparatus wearers used two hose reel jets to put out the fire.
A spokesman from Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue said: “Four calls were received from members of the public reporting a car fire in Cavendish Road.
“A crew from Springbourne was mobilised to the scene and two breathing apparatus wearers extinguished the fire using two hose reel jets.”
