NEARLY 60 complaints about Covid-compliance have been made to BCP Council since the beginning of March.
Most allegations related to businesses continuing to trade in contravention of lockdown laws.
They include the retail industry, hospitality, food outlets, hairdressers, beauty businesses and the leisure industry.
A total of 58 complaints were made by members of the public and other agencies such as the police.
The council's Regulatory Services departments heard from 20 businesses and individuals seeking clarification or guidance.

Councillor May Haines, Portfolio holder for Community Safety said: "The most commonly received complaints included allegations that businesses were continuing to trading in contravention of restrictions.
"Other issues raised included social distancing and the wearing of PPE. We thank our community for remaining vigilant and reporting concerns of non-Covid compliance to us."
The figures were released as restrictions in England are being relaxed.
Up to six people or the members of two households are now allowed to meet outdoors, including in private gardens.
