A BOURNEMOUTH restaurant has applied to BCP Council for a licence to allow the premises to sell alcohol.
Indian Ocean Westcliff Trading Limited has applied for a licence for the premises known as The Cliff Top Restaurant in Saint Michaels Road.
A public notice from BCP Council said: “The application is for the grant of a licence to replace a licence that has been surrendered and to allow the premises to supply alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and hot food and drink from 10am until 12am daily.
“Note that condition will apply requiring the premises to operate principally as a restaurant.
“Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL no later than April 22.”
