CAN anyone tell me why the “Powers That Be” at Bournemouth Airport deem it necessary for a huge military cargo plane to fly so low in circles over Northbourne, Kinson and Ferndown at least nine times in less than two hours Thursday evening?
Are the residents not allowed some peace and quiet?
What about parents trying to get their young children to sleep?
In any case, these planes and other training aircraft should not be flying over such built-up areas.
This is despite the airport claiming that they try to avoid flying over built-up areas.
Why have we been designated training area for such flights?
