EXACTLY ten coronavirus cases were confirmed in Dorset over the last 24 hours, latest figures show.
Data released by the government shows ion the 24 hours leading up to 4pm on Wednesday, five cases were confirmed in the BCP Council.
Since the start of the pandemic, 25,254 people have tested positive for Covid-19 across BCP.
In the seven days leading up to April 16, the latest rolling seven-day period, 54 cases were confirmed in BCP, giving a rolling infection rate of 13.7 per 100,000 people.
Five cases were also confirmed in the Dorset Council area, taking the total to 11,833 since the start of the pandemic.
The rolling rate stood at 11.4 with 43 cases recorded in a week.
Elsewhere, six cases were recorded in the New Forest, taking the total to 6,159.
The rolling rate was 16.1 per 100,000 after 29 cases were recorded in the week before April 16.
