BCP planning needs transparency. A bungalow can be replaced by four houses, then they in turn can be replaced by two blocks of flats, each with five storeys and having seven flats in each block. Total 14 flats with underground car parking for the 28 cars.
The council ignore 40 plus objections but listen to a property developer who said it “justified” further “intensification” of the land for flats.
Wherever these BCP planners come from their skills are seemingly minimal.
