NEARLY 700,000 Covid vaccinations have been administered in Dorset, latest figures show.
Data released by NHS England shows 729,422 jabs have been given across the county.
The weekly update also shows that 93.9 per cent of over-80s in the county have had both jabs.
Of people aged between 75 and 79, the number of jabs given exceeds the population figures given by the ONS, so the percentage is given as 100.
In the age range 70 to 74, 93 per cent have had two doses and 65.8 per cent of 65 to 69-year-olds have been jabbed twice.
Just 34.3 per cent of 60 to 64-year-olds have had both doses.
Percentages aren’t given for double doses in the rest of the age brackets, but 93.3 per cent of 55 to 59-year-olds have been jabbed once and 90.1 per cent of 50-54-year-olds have had one dose.
Of people aged between 45 and 49, 81.6 per cent have had the jab and 78.3 per cent of people aged between 40 and 44 have had the vaccine.
In total, 22,926 people under the age of 40 in Dorset have had two doses.
