Race Control will be at Poole Quay Boat Haven with safety controlled from a mobile unit on Bournemouth's East Overcliff Drive.
A spokesman for the organisers said: "These are high-speed races taking place in a potentially busy area within Poole Bay and the approaches to the Western Solent.
"In the interests of safety, all craft not participating in the event are advised to keep well clear of the start/finish area. All vessels should proceed with caution and be very aware of their surroundings and nearby vessels whilst navigating in or near to the areas of racing."
