Why have BCP Council approved the use of Beryl e-Scooters on the promenade during the very busy closed period in July and August.
They say they will be restricted to 3mph.
But how can the Police or Rangers stop other offending bikes and e-scooters when Beryl are allowed to operate?
Why wasn’t there any public consultation?
It’s a ludicrous decision.
