A pink house in a rural Dorset village that offers ‘lovely’ views is currently on the market.
The three-bedroom property, based off the B3081 in Cann Common, Shaftesbury, has been put up for auction with a guide price of £240,000.
Chaffers Estate Agents say the semi-detached character property is ‘located in a rural setting approximately two miles from the hilltop of town with lovely views to the front and rear.’
The property’s brochure notes that the semi-detached property requires modernisation and can be renovated by a new buyer.

The ground floor contains enclosed porch, entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs on the first floor are three double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The semi-detached property has a sweeping driveway which leads to an old garage as well as ‘extensive gardens’.
There is scope for extension subject to being granted planning permission from Dorset Council.
The property will be sold through a modern auction, which means that upon the acceptance of an offer or at the close of the auction, the successful buyer must place a non refundable reservation fee to the agents to reserve the property.
The auction will run for three hours on a set date and time chosen by the vendor of the property.
