THE following is a list of Dorset residents who have been dealt with in courts outside the county in recent weeks for motoring offences:
ROBERT WILLIAM GROVER, aged 85 and of Stirling Way, Christchurch, admits driving a Mercedes on the M3 near junction seven on February 13, 2020, at a speed exceeding 70mph, namely 79mph. Fined £103. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for seven days. Case dealt with at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on May 15.
ALEKSANDER KOLIGOT, aged 49 and of Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, convicted of failing to give information relating to the driver of a Honda, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, in Winchester or elsewhere in Hampshire on March 31, 2020. Fined £660. To pay £66 surcharge and £90 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Case dealt with at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court on May 17.
MAX GEORGE BOWEN, aged 20 and of St Paul’s Place, Bournemouth, admits driving a Yamaha motorbike in Beaulieu Road, Brockenhurst, on September 12, 2020, without due care and attention. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £45 costs. Driving record endorsed. Also admits driving a motor vehicle in Beaulieu Road, Brockenhurst on September 12, 2020, without a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Beaulieu Road, Brockenhurst on September 12, 2020, without insurance. Fined £120. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for four months. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Beaulieu Road, Brockenhurst on September 12, 2020, without a valid MOT certificate. No separate penalty. Case dealt with at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court on May 17.
ALANA FITZMAURICE, aged 38 and of Carlton Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Mercedes A Class in Oak Road, Bursledon, on February 24 with 63 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £450. To pay £45 surcharge and £150 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months. Case dealt with at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on May 14.
ROBERT BRIAN MESSENGER, aged 25 and of Back Lane, Wool, admits driving a Volkswagen Golf in Hare Street, Wilcot, Wiltshire, on July 26, 2020, without due care and attention. Fined £280. To pay £34 surcharge and £120 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points. Case dealt with at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on May 17.
NICHOLAS GOLD, aged 32 and of Argyll Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a BMW in Preston Road, Brighton on June 7, 2020, at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £40. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points. Case dealt with at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on May 14.
SEAN ANTHONY WHITE, aged 33 and of Prince of Wales Road, Bournemouth, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Vauxhall Insignia, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, in the county of Gwent on December 2, 2020. Fined £660. To pay £66 surcharge and £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points. Case dealt with at Newport Magistrates’ Court on May 20.
ADRIAN GOODMAN, aged 45 and of Kerley Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Volkswagen on the M25 at Leatherhead on March 18, 2019, at a speed exceeding 70mph. Fined £290. To pay £30 surcharge and £110 costs. Driving record endorsed with four points. Case dealt with at Staines Magistrates’ Court on May 21.
MARCEL JANUSZ TWARDOCH, aged 31 and of Wolverton Road, Bournemouth, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a BMW 325, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, in Crownhill, Plymouth, on November 12, 2020. Fined £660. To pay £66 surcharge and £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points. Case dealt with at Bodmin Magistrates’ Court on May 21.
TENDAI SHARARA, aged 41 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Mercedes on the M1 junction 17 to junction 16 southbound in Northampton, on October 26, 2020, at a speed exceeding 40mph, namely 50mph. Fined £73. To pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points. Case dealt with at Northampton Magistrates’ Court on May 21.
DAVID NICHOLLS, aged 51 and of Bodorgan Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a BMW, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, in Winchester on June 10, 2020. Fined £450. To pay £45 surcharge and £500 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points. Case dealt with at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court on May 26.
