I THINK the author of this letter (on waste collection) has opened a hole into which he has fallen.
Flexible working time, keeping public services going during the lockdown restrictions, coping with less money and all the other issues have shown that the inhabitants of the UK are able to cope despite all.
Has it not occurred to this person that he/she are not the only ones with worries.
Loss of sleep is a minor issue compared the hardship worldwide that this virus is causing. Death being top of the list.
May I suggest that he invests in some earplugs if he has enough money to do so.
BCP Council may have its faults, but rubbish collection is not one of them.
